It is now Partnership for Caring: America's Voices for the Dying, a national nonprofit organization that partners individuals and organizations in collaboration to improve how people die in our society. Among other services, Partnership for Caring operates a national crisis and information hotline dealing with end-of-life issues and provides state-specific living wills and medical powers of attorney.

A leading US national advocacy organization for the legalization of physician assisted dying. The DWDNC works with legal, education, and patient care organizations in Oregon and around the country.

Death With Dignity Hawai'i is a coalition of local organizations including Advocates for Consumer Rights, the American Civil Liberties Union the First Unitarian Church of Honolulu, Free Thinkers Maui, Hemlock Society Hawai'i, Humanists Hawai'i and the Kokua Council. Our effort is also supported by many members of Hawaii's medical and legal communities, the Hawai'i League of Women Voters, the Drug Policy Forum of Hawai'i, and the Governor's Blue Ribbon Panel on Living and Dying with Dignity.

LAST RIGHTS Information Centre
Oregon Death with Dignity (ODWD) works to improve end-of-life care through education, and fights to preserve Oregon's Death with Dignity law. It also works nationally to promote Oregon-style laws in other states through the Oregon Death with Dignity Political Action Fund (formerly Oregon Right to Die, a PAC).
